Meet Stefanie Taylor
A Realtor with Heart and Hustle
I’ve always loved homes—exploring floor plans, noticing details, and imagining how people live in a space. Helping others has always come naturally to me, and real estate allows me to combine those passions in a meaningful way.
For many years, I was a full-time homeschool mom, teaching my daughters from kindergarten through high school. As they finished school, I found the time and flexibility to pursue a career I’d long been drawn to. Real estate felt like the perfect next chapter.
Why Real Estate?
I love working with people and helping them achieve big goals—whether that’s buying a first home, selling a home full of memories, or starting an investment journey. I enjoy guiding clients step by step through the process and handling the details behind the scenes so they can feel confident and stress-free.
I’m always learning and staying curious about the market—watching trends, new listings, sold prices, and what makes each neighborhood unique. No two days are the same, and that’s what I love most.
Experience & Focus
I’ve worked with first-time buyers and sellers, out-of-state relocations, residential and commercial lease properties, and repeat clients with extensive real estate experience. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers, new construction, and listing leases—especially the excitement and fresh starts that come with each transaction.
Family & Life in Denison
I’ve been married to my husband, Matthew, for 20 years, and we have two daughters, ages 19 and 18. We love traveling, skydiving, Taco Tuesday date nights, and spending time together as a family.
Our family moved to Denison in 2017, and I absolutely love it—especially downtown Denison. From local shops and cafés to festivals, parades, and the Saturday farmers market, it’s a wonderful place to live and work. My favorite neighborhood is my own, near Park Street and Spur 503, with mature trees and homes full of character.
My Personal Touch
I love updated 80s–90s homes and modern new builds. I truly enjoy the home-buying process—and to make it even better, I bake homemade sourdough bread to share with my clients while we tour homes. Being Sicilian, I believe no one should house hunt hungry.
Community, Market & Paragon
Giving back matters to me. I’ve served on the board of True Options Pregnancy Center since 2023 and previously volunteered there for several years.
This area offers incredible opportunity—from new builds and land to farm and ranch, rentals, commercial properties, and traditional homes. I chose Paragon because of its professionalism, strong training, supportive culture, and commitment to excellence.
What I Want You to Know
I’m always happy to help, I don’t procrastinate, and I believe in clear, consistent communication from start to finish. I like to get things done—and done well.
