Meet Stacey Olmstead
A Career Built on Advocacy, Integrity, and Heart
Licensed in 2000, her real estate career began with Ebby Halliday Realtors, where she built a strong foundation in professionalism and client service. She later joined Virginia Cook Realtors, which became part of Paragon REALTORS® in 2019. Each step helped shape a career grounded in experience, integrity, and advocacy.
Why Real Estate
Her decision to enter real estate came when her child started kindergarten and she was ready to begin a new career. Encouraged by a close friend already in the industry, she earned her license and quickly realized real estate was more than a job—it was a calling. What began as a hobby evolved into a serious profession focused on guiding clients through meaningful life and financial decisions.
Family First
Family is at the heart of her life. She and her husband Andy have been married for 35 years and have two grown daughters, Michal and Brett, along with three granddaughters. Their home is rounded out by Duke, an Aussiedoodle who keeps things lively.
Areas of Focus & Personal Style
Specializing in land, farm, and ranch properties while also working in residential and commercial real estate, she brings a broad understanding of the market. She has a deep appreciation for vintage homes and counts Woods Street, Hopson Street, and the Belden area among her favorite parts of Sherman.
Life Beyond Real Estate
Outside of work, she is an oil painter who enjoys hunting and fly fishing. She also serves on the board of The Child and Family Guidance Clinic, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the community.
Why Grayson County
She believes Grayson County offers exceptional opportunity, particularly when compared to Collin and Dallas counties, thanks to more affordable land and strong long-term investment potential.
Why Paragon REALTORS®
She chose Paragon REALTORS® for its unmatched training, accountability, and strong character—qualities that align with her values and professional standards.
Words to Live By
Her advice is simple and consistent: always put clients first. For buyers, start with a lender, stay flexible, and be patient. For sellers, remember that market value drives price, preparation matters, and standing out is key in a competitive environment.
