Beyond the Course
Originally from Bloomington, Minnesota, Vinny made the move to North Texas in 2019 with his girlfriend to be closer to family and start a new chapter.
With a solid background in sales and customer service, it wasn't long before Vinny began to recognize the significant role the housing market plays in the broader economy
—and saw an opportunity to make an impact. His friendly nature and easygoing attitude make him incredibly approachable, creating a welcoming experience for everyone he meets.
"I've always been in customer-facing roles," Vinny says. "And real estate just felt like a natural progression. It combines everything I love: helping people, building relationships. and being apart of something that really matters in people's lives."
Why Real Estate?
In 2024, Vinny officially set out to get his real estate license, diving headfirst into a career that aligns with his values and passions. But for Vinny, it's about more than just transactions—it's about community.
Vinny loves the community aspect of moving someone into a home. He wants his clients to feel connected to the neighborhoods they're moving into. It's not just about the house to Vinny; it's about the lifestyle.
From Fairways to Front Yards
Vinny has a passion for golf course homes and neighborhood-centric communities. Having grown up in a close-knit neighborhood himself, he's on a mission to help others find that same sense of belonging.
"I grew up where all the kids and parents knew each other. We'd play baseball in the street, ride bikes around the neighborhood, and gather at the pool in the summer. I want to help recreate that for other families."
Life Outside of Real Estate
When he's not helping people find their dream home, Vinny enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, hanging by the pool, watching sports and hopping online for video game nights with friends. His love for the game also stems from his time working at Bent Tree Country Club—just one of the many experiences that helped shape his professional path.
Vinny enjoys exploring all that North Texas has to offer, especially around the Colony, Frisco, and Plano. These areas are some of his favorites thanks to their explosive growth, tons of new developments, and (of course) all the golf courses!!
