The new 113,188 sq. ft. school is designed to accommodate 712 students, providing a secure, innovative, and engaging learning environment. Key features include:
- Outdoor & Hands-On Learning: Multiple secure outdoor learning spaces and a rooftop science area for 5th graders’ experiments.
- Specialized Learning Areas: A 953 sq. ft. art room with outdoor access, an 868 sq. ft. design lab for active learning, and a 2,281 sq. ft. library with modern resources.
- Flexible & Purpose-Built Spaces: Dedicated areas for special populations, grade-level collaboration spaces, and a music classroom with cafetorium stage access.
- Physical Activity & Safety: A PE gymnasium and indoor activity room for year-round use, built to FEMA storm shelter standards for winds up to 250 mph.
- Security & Accessibility: Controlled entry vestibules for visitor monitoring and multiple playgrounds with age-appropriate equipment.
This facility blends modern innovation with safety and flexibility, ensuring students have diverse learning opportunities in a secure and enriching environment. Slated to open Fall 2025.
