The new school building is a 115,822 square foot facility designed to serve 712 students with modern amenities while honoring the history of the Fairview campus. Key features include:

Enhanced Learning Facilities: A 3,640 sq. ft. library with modern resources, a 1,237 sq. ft. art room with outdoor access, and a 583 sq. ft. design lab for hands-on learning.

Specialized Spaces: Purpose-built areas for special populations, a dedicated music classroom with cafetorium stage access, and grade-level collaboration spaces for flexible learning.

Physical Activity & Safety: A PE gymnasium and indoor activity room for year-round use, built to FEMA storm shelter standards for wind speeds up to 250 mph.
