Shashana is a born-and-bred Texan who has spent all but four years of her life living in the North Texas area. She resides in East Dallas with her husband, two teens, and 10-year-old Yorkie mix who looks like Chewbacca. When she’s not working real estate deals, she enjoys traveling the world with her family, seeing live music, and working on her own home-improvement projects.

She holds a degree in literature from the University of North Texas, has graduated from two different schools of improv (“Yes, and…” is her life’s philosophy), and has performed in a number of local theater productions. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she spent more than two decades project managing, writing, and editing for companies such as D Magazine, Dallas Business Journal, JCPenney, and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Inspired by a long-time passion for real estate and design, in 2024, the time was finally right to jump with both feet into pursuing her real estate license. She now serves Dallas clients primarily in Lakewood, Lake Highlands, Oak Lawn, the Cedars, and East Dallas.
