Randy has his Masters Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. He has been a Commercial and Land Appraiser for 38 years. He is a consultant for our team, as well as being a Commercial Realtor. He is our go-to guy for commerical buying and selling, commercial leases and farm and ranch properties. He has also participated in training classes for our brokerage. His real estate experience has been extremely valuable for our clients and our team. Randy has been a member of the Van Alstyne Planning and Zoning Commission and enjoys consulting for new real estate development. When he's not working in real estate, he enjoys leading in his local church, playing several musical instruments, hunting, landscape design and mentoring younger men. He and Debra have 2 grown daughters and a new son in law.
