Together, Stacey Olmstead and Margaret Mealy combine experience, local knowledge, thoughtful guidance, and genuine care to create happy moves and happy clients throughout North Texas and the Texoma area.

Stacey brings extensive real estate experience and a client-first approach built on listening, patience, integrity, and attention to detail. She understands that what clients don’t say can sometimes be just as important as what they do, allowing her to uncover the needs, priorities, and dreams behind each move. Her strong work ethic, proven negotiating skills, and ability to guide clients through important financial and real estate decisions help bring confidence and clarity to every transaction.

Her professional credentials include the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Financial Specialist (CFS), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations. Stacey has also served as President of the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS® and is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. Having personally relocated from Arkansas to North Texas, she also understands firsthand the opportunities and challenges that come with making a move to a new community.

A lifelong Grayson County resident, Margaret brings deep roots and an authentic connection to the communities she serves. Her firsthand knowledge of North Texas goes beyond real estate—she appreciates the history, character, neighborhoods, and people that make the Texoma area such a special place to call home. She has a particular passion for historic homes, older buildings, and the downtown districts that tell the stories of their communities.

Margaret holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) designations and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and Texas REALTORS®. Her commitment to the community extends well beyond real estate through her involvement with local organizations and the arts, including performing flute and piccolo with the Sherman Symphony Orchestra.

Together, Stacey and Margaret offer a balance of experience and local insight, strategy and compassion, negotiation and communication. Whether helping clients put down roots, make a move across town, relocate to the Texoma area, or say goodbye to a longtime home, their goal remains the same: to make every step feel informed, supported, and personal.
