Before dedicating her career entirely to real estate, Kristy honed her project management skills working with APM and Associates in North Texas. Her natural love for property development quickly evolved into active real estate investing. Today, she specializes in remodeling and operating short-term rentals across Dallas and the Texoma region. Kristy’s true passion lies in historic homes, a niche where her keen eye for design, spatial potential, and preservation shines.
