My name is Kimberly (Kim) Dunlap. I was born, raised, and reside in Sherman, Texas, giving me a vast amount of knowledge about the Grayson County area and residential real estate. First and foremost, I am a daughter of Christ, a wife and mother of four grown adults, and “Memaw” to my adorable grandkids. My husband and I have contracted and built our current home and have experience in residential investing, residential management, refurbishment, renovation, and restructuring. I have been the co-owner and financial manager of a commercial service business for 22 years. I have owned and operated a crossfit gym for 13 years. My passion in life is to serve and help others to be the best they can be, physically, mentally, and emotionally. At the gym, I trained clients to get in better physical shape and helped them reach their health goals. When they saw changes in their physical appearance and started feeling better they gained energy, confidence and a positive outlook on life. This same positive outlook on life can be true about buying or selling a home. I believe that everyone that dreams to be a homeowner should have the opportunity to improve their disposition and themselves.
