His love for nature and exploring the Texoma region provides him with the perfect balance of work and play. Kevin is committed to staying educated, constantly learning, and educating his clients through videos and personal guidance, especially when it comes to first-time buyers and Spanish-speaking clients.

Creció en el Condado de Grayson, donde aprendió el valor del trabajo duro gracias a sus raíces salvadoreñas, algo que hoy guía todo lo que hace.

Antes de dedicarse al real estate, Kevin trabajó en construcción —desde estructura y techos hasta HVAC y servicios públicos— y usa esa experiencia para ayudar a sus clientes a ver el verdadero potencial de una propiedad, más allá de lo que se ve a simple vista.

Kevin cree en el bienestar, la disciplina y el crecimiento personal. Es parte del equipo de boxeo Marmalejo Brothers y de FC Texoma, y disfruta pasar tiempo al aire libre explorando la región de Texoma, encontrando el equilibrio perfecto entre trabajo y vida personal.

Siempre enfocado en aprender y mejorar, Kevin se mantiene en constante capacitación y se toma el tiempo de educar a sus clientes a través de videos y atención personalizada, especialmente a compradores primerizos y a la comunidad de habla hispana.
