Born and raised in Texas, educated at Tarleton State University, Edward Ratcliff spent over 20 years with American Airlines before taking early retirement to pursue his lifelong passion for real estate. Today, he brings that same dedication and attention to detail helping clients find their perfect home in the city, or the countryside.

Edward divides his time between Lucky Crossing Ranch in Palo Pinto County and his home in Dallas, both of which he shares with his husband of 20+ years. This unique lifestyle gives him a deep understanding of both country and city living, making him an ideal agent for clients seeking urban or rural properties across North Texas.

Edward especially enjoys working with new home buyers, offering patience, honesty, and genuine care throughout the process.

In his free time, Edward enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, family, traveling and life on the ranch— working with horses, cattle, and a variety of other animals, and relaxing by fishing on the Brazos River that runs through their property.
